  • Significant delays in project timelines were caused by us, exceeding the agreed-upon delivery date by more than 30 days.
  • There are major technical issues with the website that cannot be resolved within 30 days after delivery.

3. No Refund for Hosting Services: The one-year free hosting service is complimentary and non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Refund Request Process: To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@vebrin.com within 14 days of identifying the issue.

6. Review and Approval:

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Partial Refunds or Credits:

  • In some cases, partial refunds or store credits may be offered instead of a full refund.

8. Project Cancellation:

  • If the project is canceled by the client before the website is delivered, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed up to the cancellation date. The amount of the refund will be determined at our discretion.
